    * Do NOT PM without permission. Questions are to be asked in the channel.
    * Do NOT paste! Use Pastebins instead. Type "? paste" to get a pastebin link.
    * The channel language is English, ja?
    * Be nice. No swearing, no insulting, no flame wars, no troll feeding, etc.
    * No inappropriate pictures/links.
    * No automated announcers, greeters, or annoying scripts/plugins/etc. They are pointless and serve no purpose here.
    * No OS flamewars/discussions. We've heard it all a million times before.
    * The op is always right.
